How do I send money to another account?
Click on "Send Money" in the Quick Actions section, select your source account, enter recipient details, amount, and confirm the transaction. Transfers are processed instantly with Fast Transfer option.
What are the transfer fees?
Fast Transfers cost TRY 2.50 per transaction. EFT and Havale transfers are completely free. There are no monthly maintenance fees for your accounts.
How can I secure my account?
Enable Two-Factor Authentication in Settings > Security. Never share your password or OTP codes. We will never ask for your password via email or phone.
What is the daily transfer limit?
The default daily transfer limit is TRY 50,000. You can request to increase this limit by contacting customer support or visiting a branch.
